law and policy blog is a collaborative effort of the Editors and Editorial Board of Law & Policy, and faculty affiliated with the Baldy Center for Law and Social Policy. Posts will include announcements relevant to the law and policy community around the world; critical commentary on law and policy issues, research, and publications; and discussion of articles and topics appearing in the Baldy Center’s interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal Law & Policy.
